    Step 3 - Viewing properties

    Once you’re ready to view properties and put in an offer, you’ll find it helpful to apply for an Agreement in Principle (AIP) by speaking with one of our mortgage advisers.

    Step 4 - Starting your application

    You’ll need the following information to start your application;

    • Your address details for the last 3 years
    • Your employment and income details for the last 18 months
    • outstanding financial commitments

    This is the legal side of buying and selling a property, a licensed conveyancer or solicitor will help you with the ins and outs of this part of the Buy to Let purchase process.
